Dual Whatsapp App Error Regarding Format not Supported for PDF and Image

All problem start after latest update Android 11 ( one UI core Version 3.1)

I am unable to open PDF files on whatsapp (Samsung dual messanger Whatsapp). It shows error " This file could not be accessed. Check your connection or make the filw name shorter". Also i am unable to send photo using whatsapp jn built camera. It shows error " This file format is not supported." Same Pdf file open in main whatsapp but it can't open in whatsapp which i use as dual messenger.

The same pdf open in my main whatsapp, but not opening in dual messenger whatsapp app. 

Please Help.

This is ridiculous, weeks with this issue since last update on ZTO, S10 plus!

Im thinking of changing phone. Anyone knows if other phone brand dual whatsapp which doesnt have issue?

Are these samsung people sleeping or what after this much of elaborate discussion. They didn't respond and ignoring the solution by saying raise a Compalint in samsung memener application ??? This application where we post our concern is this the application we built or what ? If you have the rt intenstions to provide resolution you should have respond here asap.

Facing same issue after updated in Android 11 on Samsung A41

I think that only Samsung with new update could be resolve It.. it's a stupid problem but it's very annoying

What I did and it resolved.

1. Backup your whatsapp chat to google drive

2. Uninstall (disable) whatsapp dual app from Samsung setting (not by uninstall directly). Phone will delete all files and setting the dual whatsapp

3. Enabled (install) again the duall app whatsapp from Samsung setting.

4. Login and restore chat backup

5. Done, solved all media from the dual app now showing on gallery and dual app works as before
