Well spec wise, you can see M35 5G is better and since M34 is 2 year old device, you should definitely go with Galaxy M35 5G considering the updates.
However, you can get some real life experiences, it will be great for you.

I would recommend none of these never buy M or F series. If you have good high budget then buy only S series otherwise A series is enough if budget is low. In these both phones M34 and M35, M35 is better. M34 will not get more updates.
