Which one you buyed 4 GB Variant or 3GB Variant, cause In 3GB Ram Variant ui might lags because of low ram and so much stuff clear some games I saw that number of games R installed on a budget and low end smartphone and looks like you have done something wrong with the accessibility settings kindly go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Accessibility Settings.... to Reset every changes you have done in the Accessibility
