I've used galaxy m01 and now using galaxy m11 since nov 2020. I've never seen such worst quality mobiles ever. The dangerous software bugs, worst and very unreliable quality touchscreens. Really these mobiles screwed me up.
With this experience I feel like never to buy a Samsung product ever again. And it depends on how Samsung responds to this post.

I've suffered a lot with m01 and now suffering with m11. I don't use any accessories. I don't even use earphones.
Point to be noted is both are powered by Qualcomm snapdragon processors.

I too am a M11 user, but there aren't too many bugs. Exactly what type of issues are you facing.?

Thank you all for responding. My issues are as follows:
1.The screen goes to home screen by itself from call screen while in a call which makes it difficult to disconnect the call or make any operations in call screen like using keypad etc.
2. The video call quality using default phone app is with the worst clarity. I've even uploaded the screenshots. Just try it in your m11 devices and check.
3. Multi touch is malfunctioning while the device is not held in hand.
3. In apps like in paytm, phone pay, google pay, the the pin entry screen doesn't display the numbers properly.
4. Previously the camera app buttons(capture, photos, switch camera buttons)would get misplaced going up or down beyond the screen, however it was fixed in an update.

I've done all the troubleshooting steps including factory reset and even the service center people told these problems cannot be fixed and this mobile is designed like this only.

I can verify that all these issues are also present in models SM-M115F, SM-M115M, SM-MA115F, SM-A115M.. As for the display issue, it seems to be a driver issue.
