Dolby Issue

I am using a Samsung M31. It has inbuilt Dolby in it but I feel like the Dolby doesn't work for bluetooth speaker or when connected to cars. The audio output is not that appreciable. Any suggestions????

AND NO OTHER WAY TO GET FULL VERSION
WE CAN DOWNLOAD APK WHICH IS NOT SECURE !

( UPTO 32 BANDS ) AND MANY MORE ...

No the thing is...when I m connecting some other phone(not Dolby) to my car music system the sound and bass all are best but when I connect my samsung it doesn't give that experience....
