Galaxy MIn my case, I have display issues in 3 phones all at once. It is a faulty software update that caused this and there's no denying it. It's as clear as daylight and I'm sure I'm the first such case with 3 phones.

Galaxy MI have followed all 4 steps and levels of grievance redressal.
If I don't receive a reply as they mentioned in a given time period, I'll go ahead to the service centre to create a job sheet and proceed with my consumer court complaint.
If you don't follow the steps mentioned by them, chances of rejection are high.
