I am having display issues in 3 samsung devices after updating to latest security patch.
Green white pink tint issue in one(1)galaxy m51 and
Green line issue in two (2) galaxy m52.

I have taken the following steps - 
1.Contacted Samsung email support.
2.Contacted Samsung service head.
3.Contacted Samsung CEO.
4.Filed a written complaimt to the Consumer Court through Consumer Helpline and EDAAKHIl.

Will be updating here further.

I don't know about all of their particular cases, but I have not come across anyone who has followed all the steps properly with due timeline and whose case is so obvious like mine ; display problem occurring after update in 3 M series devices at once. The phones are not physical (display) or water damaged as well. The customer care executive head also admitted to this being a buggy software update issue but samsung only provided screen replacement to S series phones in April.
I am hopeful they'll amend this especially since my case in particular is strong.

They called me and asked me to reach nearest service center. They says they didn't find any issues with the recent update.

3 phones got their display damaged after the security patch, without any physical damage on the screen or any water damage. This is as clear as day that it's a faulty update , or something else that the company is hiding, with no fault of the customer.

As I am aware with this, since there is a different experience in every service centre, I also got a mail earlier and the executive asked me to go to the service centre.
Therefore I did not go to the centre and followed next steps as mentioned by consumer protection court.
My ticket is now active and I am just waiting for their reply to decide whether they'll solve it here or I need to go ahead with my grievance to the consumer court.

I got a missed call from samsung on Saturday August 3rd, at around 6pm.
I was busy with my family over the weekend but called back immediately after 2 hours but didn't get through.
I haven't heard from them since.

I got a mail today from Samsung again telling me to visit service centre for physical inspection of my devices.
Since it's already been so many days, I'll go ahead and do this last step and then pursue with consumer court proceedings.

You still haven't visited service center bro ? You should visit ASAP..
I think they didn't consider without device inspection.
