I am having display issues in 3 samsung devices after updating to latest security patch.
Green white pink tint issue in one(1)galaxy m51 and
Green line issue in two (2) galaxy m52.

I have taken the following steps - 
1.Contacted Samsung email support.
2.Contacted Samsung service head.
3.Contacted Samsung CEO.
4.Filed a written complaimt to the Consumer Court through Consumer Helpline and EDAAKHIl.

Will be updating here further.

Exactly I don't know what the reason behind this in June security patch came within 20 t0 25 days issue came how to solve screen flickering problem without screen replacement

They closed my consumer court case saying consumer demand on free replacement cannot be processed because it is not under their policy. A guy from samsung head office called me and said that this issue might not be caused due to the software update but any hard usage or over heat or other reasons. It's too frustrating for me that they are not accepting their fault. I asked the service centre whether this issue is transient or it is coming for many people. They said particularly this M52 model got more complaints recently but Samsung is not aware of this. Not sure what to do now other than replacing my M52 display with 7500 rs.

I'm not aware of the peculiarities of your case but it seems justice was not done to you (assuming your phone has no hardware damage on the display or water damage).

In my case, I have display issues in 3 phones all at once. It is a faulty software update that caused this and there's no denying it. It's as clear as daylight and I'm sure I'm the first such case with 3 phones.

"You said you did everything, but the lines didn't disappear. According to Samsung policy, you said that the phone out of warranty cannot be replaced with a free display. Your answer is not satisfactory to me. What kind of policies has Samsung set for the lines caused by the Samsung mobile update? Many customers using Samsung m52 mobile are facing this issue, which I know through social media, YouTube, and Google websites. Are so many people deceived by the Samsung company? Why is the same problem occurring for so many people? How many lakhs of people would have changed the display for ₹6700 so far? Even if you don't replace it for free, I'm okay, but I'm going to file a public interest lawsuit to create awareness for ordinary people like me, so please explain the policies in detail."

I am waiting for the CEO and service head mail reply. Although I received an acknowledgement mail that a dedicated team is looking into my case, I am waiting for them.
I will keep updating here.

I am facing issues with 3 phones at once. For cases like these, following sequential steps is mentioned in consumer court website.
I have followed all 4 steps and levels of grievance redressal.
If I don't receive a reply as they mentioned in a given time period, I'll go ahead to the service centre to create a job sheet and proceed with my consumer court complaint.

If you don't follow the steps mentioned by them, chances of rejection are high.
