I had been the big fan of samsung and using it's phone since 2006 but I really very disappointed with m31s with internet problem, since the day I purchased the phone internet problem was there , while internet on others phones run smoothly on the same place with same network my phone doesn't work, later I came to know that this problem is with all samsung m31s phone which makes me very disappointed, this wasn't expected with such a big brand like samsung that I use cheap network related parts for cost cutting, I m really very upset n will never use any product of Samsung in future.

It's really disappointing 😕.. in M series smartphones various problems are facing...users..

It's not related to "cheap parts" thing.

M series phones don't have CA that's the main reason for slow internet connection. I mean the chipsets used in M series phones does support CA but it's locked by Samsung by default.

But some exynos chipset samsung phones can't even reach the network speed of other phones which doesn't have CA .
The network reception in exynos chipset us not good as other chipsets ..
This could be solved by CA if samsung thinks

Yeah I know. *I didn't say chipset, I said CA support.
Most of the midrange Samsung phones ( non 5G models ) have the same number of antennas & other stuffs. The only thing that varies is CA support. That's why I didn't mention any of the things you've said.
