Galaxy M1> Boot to recovery mode and do a Cache wipe from there.
2>If not working with Wipe cache then do a factory reset from there.
3>If option 2 also doesn't work then boot it to download mode and reflash stock firmware via odin. For more info check sammobile.com and youtube tutorials for firmware flashing.

Galaxy M2. Press volume up+power key+home button/bixby button, untill you see samsung logo and android on screen.
3. release power key and you will enter to recovery mode.
4.Use volume up and down to goto wipe cache partition and press power button to wipe cache.(you will see the status below)
5.now navigate to factory reset and press power button to reset.
6. Once all is done then navigate to reboot system and press power key, you will see samsung logo, wait for 6-7 min, after which your phone will start.
