Data roaming on even though i never left my home network

I never left my home network but still my samsung m13 4g is asking for turning on data roaming, I used the same sim in rrdmi and it worked fine without data roaming turned on

Edit: I'm in another state but the sim was working fine when I used it in redmi note 8 without roaming turned on so it think it should work fine in samsung too

That's actually error with your network provider, just turn on/off flight mode, restart if these also don't help, Reset network settings, usually these will fix this.

My dear reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode open for one time and then close it. One time roaming button off and on . If you like please accept as a solution. Thanks.
