I have Samsung M31s where i move all 50GB data from card to phone storage. That time is all file & images working total storage showed 82Gb with system data. Today i have charged phone that time device is offed. when charging done i started device. later I use camera for click some images and then look into gallery. There are nothing to show any image.Even in my file there are nothing. except empty folders where i stored all files , images & data.
I don't know what happen there. Folders are there but data not showing.
Try connecting your device to PC and check if the data is visible or not. If not check if you have had backed up your content to Google drive or SAMSUNG backup.
