Galaxy MDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Based on your concern about the other storage in the device, we would like to inform you that the “Other” storage category contains data from apps you have installed on your smartphone or tablet. It includes items such as system files, cached data, and temporary files that do not fall into any other storage categories which unfortunately, cannot be removed.
I would like to inform you that you can reduce the data in the other storage by clearing the cache of the applications. This will reduce some storage. This storage mostly contains the system files, so storage can't be reduced.
● How to clear app data
Open Settings >> Tap Apps >> Tap the app you wish to clear data from.
Please note: if you delete files from an app you often use, the app will run slower.
Tap Storage >> Tap Clear cache or Clear data >> Clear data and clear cache selected.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

Galaxy MThis indicates that the problem is not app-specific, but related to system-level memory management and One UI optimization. The current RAM allocation, background process handling, and memory compression do not appear to be efficiently optimized on this device.
Samsung should address this through Device Care by improving RAM management algorithms, background task control, and system optimization frameworks. A software update is required to ensure stable performance, efficient memory utilization, and proper resource allocation.
The device should deliver smooth, consistent performance comparable to Google Pixel devices, which maintain better memory optimization and fluid user experience.
A proper software update is required to fix these issues.
