🚨 Urgent Follow-Up: Missing AI Features & Incomplete UI on Samsung M13 4G 🚨

Dear Samsung,

I previously reported severe performance issues with my Samsung M13 4G after the One UI 6.1 update. The device has become extremely slow, apps crash frequently, widgets and Smart View don’t work, and overall usability is severely impacted.

However, another critical concern has emerged: the absence of more than 50–70 budget-friendly AI features that should be part of this experimental flagship device. These include, but are not limited to:

AI Camera Features: AI scene optimization, AI object removal, AI portrait enhancement, AI low-light optimization, AI drawing to image conversion, AI filters, AI super-resolution.

AI Notes & Productivity: Note Assist (Auto Summarize, Translate, Correct Spelling), AI reminders, AI handwriting recognition, AI auto-format, AI meeting transcription.

AI Communication: Chat Assist (instant translations), Live Translate during calls, Interpreter Mode for real-time conversation translation, AI call suggestions.

AI System & Personalization: AI wallpapers, AI theme suggestions, AI widget optimization, AI battery optimization, AI app suggestions.

AI Miscellaneous Features: AI alarm suggestions, AI calendar insights, AI quick actions, AI gesture learning, AI recommendations across apps.


In addition to missing AI features, the UI redesign and UI tricks are almost 95% like One UI 6.1.1, but not fully upgraded. Many UI enhancements, smoother animations, widget designs, notification improvements, and system settings redesign are incomplete or non-functional.

This is extremely disappointing because the M13 4G is marketed as an experimental flagship, yet it lacks the promised AI tools and full UI experience. Many other users are facing the same issues, showing that this is not an isolated problem.

I strongly urge Samsung to:

1. Restore all missing AI features (more than 50–70 budget-friendly AI functionalities).


2. Complete the UI redesign to fully match One UI 6.1.1, including UI tricks, smoother animations, and overall system enhancements.


3. Ensure device performance and stability while delivering these AI and UI improvements.



If these issues are not addressed promptly, users may consider switching to devices that provide the promised AI capabilities and complete UI experience. Samsung needs to take this seriously and release a full, stable, and functional update as soon as possible.

Just to clarify, the Samsung M13 4G is a budget-friendly AI device. This means it doesn’t have high-end flagship AI features, but it includes many budget-friendly AI tools.

Being an experimental flagship, Samsung can test and add additional budget-friendly AI features and make UI changes with this model. Samsung may not officially list all the features, but users should know it’s designed as an AI experimental flagship phone.

M13 is a device that runs on One UI "core" which means that all the features of the standard One UI won't be available on your device.

Secondly, AI features are only available in S and Z series and not even on A series.

1. There is live transcript/transcribe
2. There is google voice assistant.
3. Text to speach
4 . In built googl assistant but they are hidden in accessibility settings because they won't show saprate ai settings understand

Please guys understand and my device is 6.1 ui not 6.0 ui OK

Yes I have to have I updated latest august patch but not like this but I have
1.transcript assist and writing assist ai from this because my device id budject friendly after latest update phone is completely malfunctioning only small basic activity is going on and only I can us e watsapp , NY study material and Samsung and samsung update in settings etc many issues are there as mentioned in the post

Please understand my situation: my phone has many issues, and I am a student studying, so I am not able to do much on it. Because of these problems, I cannot even take screenshots or fully demonstrate and understand all the issues myself.

Now, imagine if I asked you to take screenshots or post about these issues in my exact situation—would you be able to do it? That’s the reality I am dealing with.

I have already explained what I am experiencing in my post, so please read it carefully and try to understand.
