Charging problem with m31s

My father's M31s is having problem with charging. Out of box samsung charging isn't able to charge it.only the charger of brand OnePlus is working. What should I do ?

Seems to be a problem with that specific cable. Get a new one from Samsung. Should fix the issue.

Noo...I tried 3 different samsung chargers. Still not working

Did you try 3 different cables with those chargers?

In that case, your best bet will be to take it for an inspection at an authorized service center.
