one month before my samsung m35 mobile facing charging issue .it was not charging well just before the day when android 15 came and sometimes charger was also not connected after the update same issue happening so i called service centr they did some setting reset and restart but no result but problem is solved in next day itself. now that issue came after 1 month so plzz tell me what to do. if it is software prblm or charging port. i also cheked it with other charger it react same. today about 30mint when i plug in it not charging and note even charging symbol sawn. after restart reset all setting now easily charger connected. but charging slowly. plz suggest should I visit samsung service center
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for check and resolve this issue.
