Charging issue ⚠️⚠️ M/F series

Has anyone been facing a charging issue in the GALAXY F / M SERIES 

Where the phone while plugged in on charge shows that it's charging but even after 20-30 doesn't charge at all or charges but just 2-3% . I'm using the official charger and cable of Samsung and have been facing this issue in my galaxy F54 AND M51 . Is anyone else facing the same issue ..! Because it's especially in the M/F SERIES of phones ..as because when I charge my TAB S8 with the same charger and cable it charges without any issue not even once I've seen a similar issue in it but my F54 & M51 I've been facing this issue for a while . Also both the phones are in brand new condition only a few months old with zero scratches or bump. No physical /liquid damage yet I'm facing this issue . Though I suspect it's the issue of Samsung for cost cutting I think they're using a super cheap USB TYPE -C PORT . Causing the failures like this .

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps.

Check connectivity & charger functionality: Please check whether the charger cable and adapter are fixed well. Remove the charging cable and reconnect with the mobile phone properly.

Kindly open Device Care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3dots (more option) at the top right-hand side > Please select settings> Enable fast cable charging.

Kindly disable the battery protection mode( if enabled).

Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. Charge the device in switch-off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.

Please check the back panel of your device's physical condition (Bulge, Swelling, or visible damage).

If the physical condition is not good: Request you to turn off the device immediately and please do not try to charge or tamper with the battery also request you to visit the service center immediately.

I recently had charging port issue ... it stopped working suddenly... probably its true they are using cheap parts.... I got it replaced locally with ₹450 .... now its working fine... charging is working fine... I disabled the fast charging from battery option as temperature is high in summer nd i live in non ac environment....

My phone is 7 months old and I use 18w with samsung cable.But when i plug cable it shows charging, but it still stands at same percentage and gradually it decreases the charge. Tried with all modes of charger and cables. No use at all.

Does it not charge at all even a little, because this issue can also be caused by excessive heating
