Mines phone is Samsung M31. I have been using this phone for a period of time. But on one day suddenly my phone got switched off and stuck on Samsung logo. My phone is always going on and off restarting and closing but not moving further and this process continued till my battery drained. After I discovered that my phone having BOOTLOOP problem. I listened that many samsung M series users facing this issue as I am facing. This is what Samsung been producing defected products and believing customers to attract and buy that phone but at last facing issues. When we show to samsung service center , they were charging a high amount to nearly 7k.
But customers agitated that they need to pay extra amount for the problem they not caused. Definitely it is the manufacturing defect of many Samsung M series phones. It is the responsibility of Samsung to look over this issue and resolve as soon as possible.

if its in bootloop it can also be a software issue, what you can do is flash the latest frimware via odin..and make sure in csc you select HOME CSC file ,so that wont delete any of your data

Backup your data before it's too late. To turn on the phone forcefully, press and hold power button and volume down button.

After that try factory reset.
If the issue still persists, try installing firmware whose process I have explained in my post(link below):
