CALLING ISSUES ON ALL JIO SAMSUNG DEVICES PLEASE READ AND THEN ANSWER IF U ARE ALSO FACING THE SAME

I was having this problem from a long time, so I finally pen down all the points with jio itself, after all hard work and talking with them explaining the problem the end result today by Mr, Sachin was that this problem is only with SAMSUNG DEVICES ONLY.

NOW THE PROBLEM IS AS FOLLOWS:-

1. using only 1 jio sim on a Samsung device, when u call some one the call does not get through or there is no tone and the call end. Right then if you do Airplane mode on and off this problem gets resolved. you can call anyone and anyone can call you after the airplane mode on off.

2. If someone is calling you , or for a test you call yourself sometimes mind you friends sometimes this happen not a regular affair, after the call they hear the ( the person you are trying to reach is out of network coverage area) just then if u make a whats app call to the same person you can connect with him or her.

Also I would like to point here, that jio 4g, Volte lte only is showing all signal good. but then why there are times this problem come only with Samsung devices. well this is a typical problem being faced. Not only by me but my entire family as we all have only jio connection and only Samsung phones.

just learnt this great news as i was writing all this with you all,

i made a call to the service center, they immediately said jio Samsung problem I said yes, they said dont worry from 1st November 2021 a new binary is coming then this problem of calls will be over for all Samsung users. Just crossing my fingers.

as this problem is not of daily but sometimes. all the users here using jio only and Samsung will be able to tell there part.

Your 2nd issue is not a Samsung problem. One of my friends is having a Redmi device but still facing that problem. Whenever someone calls her on cellular network, her phone says that she is out of network coverage. Better if you'd complain to Jio for the 2nd issue.

And moreover, I'm also using Jio, but so far, I haven't got any such issue with my device.(talking about your 2nd point.)

Yeah, this happened to my brother using jio on m31s.
Calls automatically decline on accepting call either from him or me. (not always)
We both use Samsung devices.

I just hope all this is over by November 1 as the samsung service center said. 🙏
