Basic functionality like calling is broken with the new samsung update.

I have been constantly facing issues with the calls on my galaxy m30s device where calls are disconnected abruptly. I am not even able to call another person as calling screen gets stuck. Not able to pick up calls. Not able to use wifi calling as the person on other hand always gets echo. Please resolve this asap as it is causing troubles.

In the era of 4G, if we have to degrade our network to 3G then the software tends to be very bad 😀

No no bro . . Just change and check it . . Using 2g , 3 or 4g bro .. if problem continues means software bug .

Just checked. Call screen gets stuck. In wifi calling person on other side hear double voice. Accepting call results in decline.
Looks like software bug.

I am using m30s, but just after the update , whenever I join telegram voice chat ,the other people who were already in the voice chat experience an echo problem.when I disconnect from the chat they no longer have the echo....


The other person in whatsapp call ,Google meet......experience this echo problem.


But in normal call , there's no such problem


I reset the phone ,but nothing solved


Then I visited the service center, they erased the update and reinstalled the same. But unfortunately still the issue exists

You should report error in Samsung members app..may be they will release some update to fix it

Yes that echo issue is also with samsung's native wifi calling. Already reported these issues and waiting for bug fix update.
