As per your concern, we would request you to kindly enable the app preference once by following the below-given steps.

Step 1. Choose one app that you want to manage from the list of all the installed apps, e.g. Google Pay.
Step 2. Tap on Permissions.
Step 3. You can check the details of the permissions for the app. Select one of the permissions to change to allow or deny it.

However, kindly check with the network service provider that the messaging app is working for sending/ receiving normal messages. If the message application working well it means the device working fine. Furthermore, we would suggest you kindly contact with application developer team once regarding the same, they will guide you further.
Note: If you are using the banking/ UPI apps under the secure folder, the UPI apps are not getting the SMS under the secure folder, this is the concept in the new update. You have to use the UPI apps outside of the Secure Folder.

Hi if we have multiple banks and if we want to use two upi apps outside of secure folder is not allowed.

The samsung s24 ultra worlds flagship phone with worth of 1 lakh is not having this feature is very very BAD
