My Samsung M31s Is restating automatically whenever I install a new app from playstore.Sometime froze and automatically restart. Why this kind of issues are always with samsung.I have searched on you tube for the solution. at that time I noticed this type of issue persist in many other model.such as m21 m31 M31s m51 and so won . I am feeling trapped In this top brand.No help from care center.They just formatted all data and gave back.By saying if steel problem occurs it's issue of Mother board. I don't understand How it came .just after 7 month.If my problem is not solved I will never bought any Samsung products.
I am feeling this is the new model of business is developed by Samsung to earn more and more profit.

Just after 7 months? Get the motherboard replaced asap, you have yourself covered under warranty.

My question is why this problem occuring in all Samsung.Is this a new model of business.I have spend 20k for this product.For replacement of mother board 10 to 15 days period is required.

If You Are Facing Restart Issue Frequently Its A Motherboard Issue.
And if your Device in warranty replacement of Motherboard is no cost its completely free.

Visit service center, they will do the needful free of cost
Its a common problem with all exynos 9611 soc phones

Now I have switched on ultradata saving mode.Since then not restarted.Lets see what happens during daytime. Samsung member is the app which is using high data in the background. On the second no. Chrome browser and then other apps. Isn't it funny.

There are two methods to disable the auto-restart function
Method 1

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on General management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.
Step4: Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Step5: Auto-restart disabled.

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to "Settings"
Step2: Tap on "Battery and device care"
Step3: Tap on Three dots
Step4: Tap on "Automation"
Step5: Disable "Auto-restart at set times" if enabled

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Error report).
