I have set the timing for auto restart at 3 am. But, it doesn't auto restarts in that time. Rather after using phone and locked the screen at 10 am, it have automatically restarted at front of me (only today morning). Why it doesn't restart at that time ? I was not using the device from 12 am onwards and battery was at 83% and fulfilling all other parameters. It was running continuously for 54 hours without restarting shown, that means it doesn't restart at 3 am on its own. Also, attaching screenshot for incorrectly restarted stated by Samsung Members. Please

help me in this regard.
Device:- Samsung M21, One UI 2.5 core October Patch.
Also, I doubt if my phone is fake or not, because the box provided in which backside is fully blank, there should be written something na like key specifications?
Also, please share the pic of the box of your M21 phone.

if u got ota update than it is not **bleep**. u can check ur serial number at samsung website warranty status. auto restart is function in setting. check that setting. ur problem may be due to some software. check it in safe mode boot. if possible try reset phone ones. else u can contact customer care through this member app too.
