Auto restart issue

I am not able to understand that these auto restart news are real or fale becoz nowadays these are spreading like Corona🤔........before I trust on these news but now I am confused tu trust or not as not only the exynos processor but many other devices are also facing the same issue according to the news and posts.....whatever you think please share🙏🏻. 

For reference- I talked to samsung ceo desk and they are saying that these news may be **bleep** also as they are telling that only those devices face these issues which are physically damaged or fallen form some height🤷🏻‍♂️.

I seen this issue in exynos 9611 chipset, 2 of separate models. It is right and solution is only replacement of motherboard, as per Samsung service center. We are bearing for manufacturer's fault.

So if it is manufactures fault then samsung have to do something......it is not expected form such tech gaint

Exactly, but samsung is doing nothing, only stealing money from us, also losing trust as a brand name
