Auto Restart & Slow Charging

Slow Claps for Samsung, the brand who cheated thousands of customers by releasing a Defective Model "Samsung Galaxy M31s". It'll be the 5th Time I'm having the Auto Restart Issue & Slow Charging Issue.

I've tried all the procedure, went to service center twice, yet nothing really changed. 

I was expecting, everything will be resolved after Android 11 Update, but No, everything is typically same.

My phone was in service center for 37 days.

Each and every day I call them, they say 'come tomorrow. It will be ready.'
The next day same thing happens.
