Problems in M51 (recently started)

I usually don't share problems of phone as they become okay after a restart or with some workarounds from community or Google. 

This time things are becoming worse in my M51. 

1st is the voice from other side while taking a call has become too low. (Have tried multiple things to sort that. Nothing's working). 

2nd is the over heating issue in phone. (After seeing 2 videos and during charging) 

3rd is sometimes screen is too sensitive and sometimes u tap 2-3 times, it won't respond. (mainly in keyboard).

4th is slow charging even when it mentions fast charging on screen. 

Any solutions are welcome.

Heating and slow charging are reported now by many people using different models. I think it has something to do with the summer season.
The first may be the issue of your earpiece speaker. Get it checked. Maybe cleaning it will help.

Heating and slow charging could be also due to the current climate and ur surrounding ..
