Hi

I bought my new Samsung galaxy m31s recently

And i love to listen to music but when i hear it closely i found some kinda distortion sound like the old radio signal

Sometimes I unlock the device when it is connected with the headphones (wired)

I could hear an uneven sound which is a bit irritating and when i hear the music (on YouTube, mx player, VLC player , YouTube music  etc.,) With low level of sound (approx. 20% or below) the same uneven sound is coming

I bought smashing because i thought it is best in class but actually it turned out to be worst

I thought it was a problem with my headphones  (Phillips) but they were actually great with other devices  and i even tried with boat, realme buds , Samsung earphones, skullcandy, JBL and vivo headset

Then i found that every headset gets the same noise

So clearly its the fault in the Samsung galaxy m31s

Really disappointed 😔😔

This an issue which all M31s users face (including me), it was greatly reduced after September security patch, but its still there to some extent, and I think it will be suppressed more with future updates.

I have a problem with my samsung m31s audio jack. Head phones (wired) are getting damaged in a day or two. However, when it is connected via bluetooth it works well. How can I fix this issue. Already I have changed 4 or 5 headphones.
