Issue :
Issue is the right most app, on quick access grid/drawer at bottom on home screen automatically launches. The launched app keeps on relaunching even after closing the app. This blocks the device completely. This happens in every 3-4 days. This needs a restart, which is not possible as the app keeps coming back on the screen and blocks all actions.
Device : Samsung M15 8 GB RAM India

There can be issue with display or tempered glass. Or try resetting your device.

Hey Thanks Rohit. I had cleared out the dust from the right of the device. Also while doing that, luckily I was able to loosen up the tempered glass a bit from the right and put it back. Faced the issue only once since then. Looks like it worked.

This issue is quite frustrating, and it sounds like it's severely impacting your device's usability. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
* Force Stop and Clear Cache/Data:
* Go to Settings > Apps > Find the app that's causing the issue.
* Force stop the app.
* Clear the app's cache and data. This might reset the app's settings and potentially resolve the issue.
* Update the App:
* If the app has an update available, try updating it. Sometimes, updates fix bugs and improve stability.
* Disable or Uninstall the App:
* If the above steps don't work, consider disabling the app temporarily. If the issue persists even after disabling, uninstalling the app might be necessary.
* Restart Your Device:
* While this might seem counterintuitive since the app keeps relaunching, try restarting your device when it's not actively launching the app. You can try turning it off and on again or using the power button menu to restart.
* Check for Software Updates:
* Ensure your device's software is up-to-date. Software updates often include bug fixes and security patches that might resolve the issue.
* Safe Mode:
* Restart your device in safe mode. This will boot your device without any third-party apps running. If the issue doesn't occur in safe mode, it's likely caused by a third-party app.
* Factory Reset (Last Resort):
* If none of the above solutions work, you might need to perform a factory reset. This will erase all data on your device, so back up your important data before proceeding.
If the issue persists after trying these solutions, it's recommended to contact Samsung support or visit a nearby service center for further assistance. They can diagnose the issue more accurately and provide specific solutions tailored to your device.

This issue is not with any single specific App. So no point of clearing cache of any App. Whichever App I keep there, that App keeps relaunching.

Softwares are all updated, especially Samsung UI and Home.

Since your problem is not app specific the last resort mentioned in my earlier post suggest a factory reset.

Please do full back up before initiating a factory reset. After factory reset if the problem persist it is time to visit a service centre to replace memory module.
