About speaker and sound issue of M32.

1. This device doesn't provide good sound quality. 

2. This doesn't provide loud sound in a open fan closed room. 

3. Whenever I turned sound at high volume, even a distance of 10 to 12 inch my ear getting hurt and started paining. 

 Since, I don't prefer use of earphones because it effects on eardrum, but due to this problem my are not longer safe and I'm not able to concentrate over any videos. 

 Please !! 🥺 solve this problems.🙏🙏🙏

I don't face any problem like this.
Even with both fan and cooler.
even I like the sound quality very much.

I rarely use phone speaker. My phone is always in vibrate mode. If I watch or listen something I use earphone. If your speaker volume or sound is not suitable, use equaliser.
P.S.- As far as I can tell either you're using wrong sized eartips or using with high volume. Or you can use a good quality over ear headphone with 50-70% volume.
