Why does Jio 5G drop to 4G when I download something?
For example if I am downloading a game of 2gb then 5G will be there for few seconds and then automatically it will change to 4G lte but it doesn't change to 4g when I do normal browsing.
Why is this issue and how do I fix it?

As phone gets heat, it will auto switch to 4G to keep device cool. You can set it to 5G only by this method.

Brother this is not the Samsung issue, to keep device in good condition it auto switch to 4G.

Thus is not a big problem that is why there is no direct solution in phone settings even no any other brands provide 5G only option by default.

Use net monster app to set only 5g mode i.e. NR ONLY

If you put 5g only you won't get calls in Airtel and jio also. As of now Jio is still using NSA ie VoLTE for telephony and 5G for data. If VoNR is enabled by Jio we can go ahead and switch to NR only / 5G only.

For Airtel users: don't put 5G only, you won't get any phone calls. Airtel is completely NSA kind 5G. It relies on 4G for calling.
