Me factory reset and switch  in more than more times but not retrieve the problems

okay, then head to My Airtel app
Help and support-> Data and Network -> I'm unable to use internet
Follow the instructions by Airtel. It will diagnose your problems and give solution....

Or else reinstall the internet settings by requesting Airtel to send internet settings to your phone....
