I am using j7 max from around 6 months but now the battery is draining is fast when I play games for like 15min it almost drain 25% battery, and also when i charge the phone it takes a lot of time to charge from 10 to 100% like it takes around 3-3.5 hrs means what it is..?? it has a battery of 3400 mah and it takes 3-3.5 hrs for charging the whole battery.. Samsung look into this problem and provide some necessary updates as soon as possible, as i asked friends of mine who are using this phone,also have the same problem. And with that the fingerprint sensor problem has came free it recognises so slow that, I will open my phone using pattern lock faster than the fingerprint sensor.. Samsung what are you doing..?? Look into this, this is a serious problem. If like this will go on you will loosing your customers and no one will buy the Samsung phones again, and take into consideration this problem and give some necessary updates. and at last think something on oreo update will it get or not say something. I think its not getting...
