j7 max slow charging and fast draining of battery

I am using j7 max from around 6 months but now the battery is draining is fast when I play games for like 15min it almost drain 25% battery, and also when i charge the phone it takes a lot of time to charge from 10 to 100% like it takes around 3-3.5 hrs means what it is..?? it has a battery of 3400 mah and it takes 3-3.5 hrs for charging the whole battery.. Samsung look into this problem and provide some necessary updates as soon as possible, as i asked friends of mine who are using this phone,also have the same problem.
And with that the fingerprint sensor problem has came free it recognises so slow that, I will open my phone using pattern lock faster than the fingerprint sensor.. Samsung what are you doing..??
Look into this, this is a serious problem. If like this will go on you will loosing your customers and no one will buy the Samsung phones again, and take into consideration this problem and give some necessary updates. and at last think something on oreo update will it get or not say something. I think its not getting...

do guys also face the problem related with the rear camera? like it lacks focusing ?

Solution1:-uninstall (clear data first,then uninstall)and force stop(clear cache first then force stop) all unused and unusual apps, clear caches data, clean RAM, optimizing battery by putting apps sleep, force stop or disable unused useless preloaded apps...samsung apps,Microsoft apps and Google apps like chrome as it consumes more Ram and background data which results in heavy battery drain,,instead use browser, browser will take less Ram..(eg..via browser under 500KB)..clear or delete useless ,empty folders or duplicate folders in file manager... don't install apps from other stores and sites, it will cause your phone damage ..if you install these apps then uninstall it.....Solution2:- change your data cable(Apply 2 or 3 Am charger cable)...do all these things atleast once a day for best results....apne phone ko update maat karo jab aapka phone thik chal raha h to... update karne se phele 1 mahina ruko or dekho logo ke reviews update ke bare me agar thik hai to.... phir update karo...nonstop phone use karne se bhi problem aati hai isliye phone ko abhi 2 se 3 din minimum use karo....jab phone istemal nahi karte ho(raat me) to flight mode on kiya karo.. sath hi sath speaker volume sabhi cheeze band kardo ..isse battery kharch bilkul bhi nahi hogi.....iincrease your data usage warning limit upto 1024.0GB....

In my phone j7 max there is also a same problem ..my phone that 8 hours to fully charge and drainage of my battery is also very fast ..plz don't give the fullish ans bcz that I everyday was trying

mere bhi dono phone on nxt or j7 2016 me bhi same problem thi par ye sab karne se problem solve ho gayi or phone ab pehle jaisa normal ho gaya....jaruri nahi h ki ye cheeze roz roz karo... hafte me ek bar bhi kar sakte ho...bhai yaar..ek dum se to jaadu nahi na hoga... toda kam use kerega to hi to problem thik hogi...
