I totally agree with you buddy on this one. When I have to install another app for these kind of small things, it really frustrate me. As a customer we don't have to defend any company. For a phone company that is even more so. They are not giving us the phone for free, are they? I like Samsung for so many things. They do hardware like no other Android phone manufacturer. Like display, camera and overall build quality. But in software side they are still behind many others. In my opinion except from display we only use other aspects of the hardware only a few times. Like when you take a picture or play game. But on average around 80% of phone use is not those things. Those are all software related.
well, your point is correct. but as u have stated, it does provide a better hardware than most of the other companies. but then, the notion that it forms not take care of it's software is quite old, because as of now. it has upgraded quite a few of its smartphones to Android 10, and that too, quite fast. what's interesting is the fact that it is also taking care of its low end models such as A10(it's build no. with android 10 is out). so, it's not neglecting its software. also, come to think of the fact that the after sale service that Samsung provides is quite unparalleled, it's from my personal experience, that I had once called their Customer Care for a problem at 9pm, and they recieved the call and answered me satisfactorily.
do u really think it's possible for them to provide all the things without compromising on anything? yep, I also agree to your point that they could have added it, but we can only suggest, we shouldn't call someone cheaters only because that, don't u agree??😉😉
@BlueBird12 Thank you very much. My god I've never seen a fonboy like you other than those of the 'fruit' company. I'm not saying you shouldn't like a company. What I'm saying is no person or company is perfect. If you're going to like what's good or great about them you should at least acknowledge the bad stuff, not defend them. As I've said earlier I don't not like them, I'm just pointing out the shortcomings. As you can go on and on about their good stuff, I also can go on and on about their bad stuff. But I don't get paid to do that. So nope. Thank you very much again.
