But they consume battery and internet goes fast without using any data i have experience to used if else the systematic given to make sure ok so thank you for suggestion and gave another suggestion

there is no inbuilt/offical way to check daily usage and speed. you should download https://f-droid.org/packages/com.drnoob.datamonitor/#:~:text=Manage%20your%20data%20plan%20with,data.... to check which app is using more and you can take action.
