After upgrading to andriod 9 and Samsung one UI my phones fingerprint is not working. If i update something/ when my phone restarts the fingerprint sensor works for 10-15m after that it stops working i am facing this problem after upgrading to one UI... Samsung help ASAP PLEASE 😔

i did it bro 2 times it works for couple of minutes then again fingerprint sensor not working

If you're facing this issue after the update, let Samsung Team know about it. I will recommend you to send an Error report to Samsung Team with all the details about the issue you're facing and please make sure, that while sending the error report, 'Send system log file' option is selected.

try factory reset and if it did not work then its hardware problem

i did factory reset two times before posting this question here..when i do factory reset it works fine for couple of minutes then again it shows me fingerprint sensor not working

there are two things in phone hardware and software and factory reset that is software reset is not working then it is definitely a hardware problem...
