We're glad you reached out here with your concern. We would like to inform you that VoLTE is SIM service and it will activate automatically when you insert 4G SIM and set is in Auto mode.
hello everyone, just try any other jio sim in your nougat updated phone, i am pretty sure it will show Volte, so the jio customer care is saying the sim somehow gets locked when you hit the update software while the sim is still in there. so if you put any other jio sim in your updated OS phone., it will show volte. so simply get your sim replaced..!!
