Hello Samsung, Its really annoying that if we want to use the data connection for the second sim slot the network mode automatically changes to auto mode that is lte preferred. Now the problem is that the other sim slot goes 3g/2g by default and if we are using jio simcard in that slot then it becomes invalid for use as it is only lte mode supported. Now dear SAMSUNG , do you have any solution regarding that. You people are unable to provide any solution as you are not providing any dual volte update program for those existing handsets like mine is j7 prime. If you guys are not taking this seriously then you must not claim to be the world's largest smartphone manufacturer. And you please step back claiming so. Actually your Engineers are worthless as they are still unable to do so till date. Only those handsets which are pre configured for dual volte are capable which brings limitation for other hanset users . Its kind of making fool the customers and cheating.
