Network problem in J7 nxt

In my j7 nxt there are two sims.
In slot 1 ~ jio
In slot 2 ~ airtel 

In airtel there is data plan activated
So when i put mobile data to sim 2 ; the network condition for sim 2 automatically gets selected to [ LTE/3G/2G(auto conect) ] 

 As j7 nxt does not support dual VoLTE hence the network condition for sim 1 changes to [ 3G/2G(auto conect) ] and jio sim does not work as it only works in lte mode and i can't receive call in jio sim. 

And when i select jio sim to LTE mode the data connection automatically changes to sim 1. 

overall i want to use jio sim for calling and airtel sim for data connection. 
 Is anyone facing the same problem

in Samsung if u wanna use data the network is automatically selected to lte/3g/2g...and if u do that the same problem arises.. so u should recharge in jio sim and then u can use jio as data and calling too...bcoz jio only support lte..that's the problem ... Samsung should provide dual volte

but why data can not be used in airtel sim in 3g/2g mode

if u using any sim for data networks automatically slected to lte.

Not possible as Samsung J7nxt doesn't support dual volte. Out of the two sim slots only one slot can have LTE at any point of time
