I'm using J7 2016 model.Purchased in 2017.Usually this device comes with the option of moving apps from internal storage to the external device.But in recent times I was having hanging issues hence went for a factory data reset after which the hanging issue got resolved but the option of moving the apps to the external storage went away and the apps showing the error as "The app has stopped".
Hence would like to post this issue to look up for the solution if any...Also would like to add up that the current version of android is 8.0 which I would like to get future updates if any. Kindly get back to me asap .This is my humble request.
