Why j7 2015 does not get any update from android 7.1.1

Great question but only apple does support 2015 phone and no one else. An upgrade for 2015 is impossible. Check for any custom rom for your phone if you really want an upgrade

Bro there is nothing wrong in it because ur phone got 2 major update I.e., from Android 5 to Android 7 ..
No brands gave other than this in Android at that time ..

U won't get any update any more ..
If u need then upgrade to a new latest device otherwise use it till it last ..

But be careful u should do it on ur own risk ..
This may even damage the phone too..
If u knew it then no worries ..
Also check whether a custom rom is available or not for j7 in Google
