Video Call Issue

Whenever I press 'Video Call' option during call. The call automatically gets rejected. HELP!

use Google duo app for video calling

i think it will work with Jio sim only. i also have same problem with airtel and vodafone sims. My neighbour's with jio sim getting video calling features.
