i think it will work with Jio sim only. i also have same problem with airtel and vodafone sims. My neighbour's with jio sim getting video calling features.
same for me too. i am using note9 with airtel and vodafone sim. Network is showing as 4G and volte option is enabled but unable to do video call directly from dialer.
