is gonna hit soon with 7.1.1 and in present running with Nougat 7.0 and we J7 Prime Users are stuck on the marshmallow 6.0.1
When we gonna get the updates Just At least tell us the dates so that we stop posting and asking the questions constantly about when our device gonna get something new or also it gets clear what the user have to do with that phone

if a device is launched then update too must be given that is the point

Its not the quantity.. But the quality which matters.. We don't need a plethora of models with minor changes.. If they cant support a product with updates they shouldnt launch another model.. First they should update their flagships fast. Then talk about the number of devices they are handling

Updates are rolling out by time to time for the devices, However it totally depends on the availability and compatibility of the update with the devices. Nougat is already planned for the concern Samsung devices soon these are going to receive a nougat update.
