Galaxy JI'm experiencing an issue with my Samsung J7 Max mobile. When I enter my correct password on the lockscreen, the phone doesn't unlock and instead asks for the password again. However, if I enter an incorrect password, it correctly shows "password incorrect."
This issue resolves itself only when I drain the battery, switch off the phone, and restart it. This problem has occurred more than 10 times.
Can you please help me understand what might be causing this issue and how I can resolve it?

Try changing the lockscreen method like pattern, pin, pass etc.
Stick with the one that isn't causing any issue, or just use it without any.
