Kindly note my confusion issue. Few a days ago I was not being able to open SAMSUNG MEMBERS app. Not all times but very frequently this problem was being faced by me. After connecting CUSTOMER SUPPORT they adviced me to operate a FACTORY RESET removing my Google and Samsung accounts. I did it. Then my device was going on fine and I was being able to open SAMSUNG MEMBERS app very smoothly. In the mean time watching an advertisement on YOU TUBE  I disallowed all permissions for all apps as I understood from that advertisement that if I disallowed permissions on all apps my device could be run without hanging & heating. But after disallowing permissions I again was facing the same problem. I was not being able to open SAMSUNG MEMBERS app, even from PLAY STORE/GALAXY STORE which I was being able to open from PLAY STORE/GALAXY STORE at least before if not opened from HOME SCREEN. Then again I operate a FACTORY RESET removing my Google and Samsung accounts. I create a new Google as well as Samsung account. Now my device is running on fine condition and I can open now SAMSUNG MEMBERS app smoothly. Actually I just don't understand what's the fact. What's the releation between disallowing permissions and non opening SAMSUNG MEMBERS app? In this connection I am bringing attention to readers that at very first I visited a website and since then I was not being able to open SAMSUNG MEMBERS app.

bro which is your sim network? it's because I noticed it previously also that by wifi or airtel network it's opening quickly but by Vodafone or others create little problem

CONFIRMLY I WILL BET SAMSUNG TECHNICAL PEOPLE ALSO WITH 100000/_ REGARDING SIGNAL RECEPTION IS WEAKER THAN OTHER MOBILES LIKE XIAOMI, REALME LIKE CHINESE MOBILES. DONT PURCHASE THIS MOBILES . THEY ARE PROVIDING THEIR ' EXYNOS ' WORST PERFORMING PROCESSORS. THIS IS REAL WHAT I AM TELLING . BELOW I HAVE GIVEN SIMPLE EXAMPLE FOR YOU.

FOR SAMSUNG S20 MOBILE , THEY ARE PROVIDING THEIR WORST 'EXYNOS' PROCESSORS IN INDIA , FOR THE SAME MOBILE IN AMERICA THEY ARE PROVIDING BEST SNAPDRAGON 865 PROCEESOR . EVEN THEIR KOREAN PEOPLE ALSO HATED THE SAMSUNG 'EXYNOS' PROCESSOR PERFORMANCE IN ' SAMSUNG S20 ' MOBILE.

AND THEIR SERVICE ALSO VERY WORST. TODAY I VISITED THEIR SERVICE CENTRE TO RECTIFY THE CHARGING PORT PROBLEM , HE TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE ONE WEEK TO 10 DAYS TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM . THIS IS A SMALL PROBLEM . I TOLD HIM TAKE THE COMPLAINT , AND GIVE MY MOBILE BACK , AFTER ONE WEEK I WILL COME AND I WILL GIVE THE MOBILE AND RECTIFY THE MOBILE WITH NEW PART . HE REFUSED FOR THE SAME . REGARDING THIS ALSO I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE , THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TELL WHERE THE PART AVAILABLE TO THE NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE IN GUNTUR DISTRICT.

OTHER COMPANIES ARE DOING SMALL PROBLEMS WITH IN ONE DAY. BUT SAMSUNG IS TAKING 10 DAYS . THIS MUCH OF WORST THEY ARE DOING SERVICE.

THEY ARE RELEASING NUMBER OF MODELS WITH SAME PROCESSOR 'EXYNOS 9611' BUT NOT MAINTAINING PROPER SPARE PARTS AT THEIR SERVICE CENTERS . THEIR SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE ARE BEHAVING LIKE GAZITTED OFFICERS. FIRST OF ALL THIS IS THE MAIN PROBLEM WITH SAMSUNG.

IT'S YOUR WRONG IMPRESSION OVER SAMSUNG. I HAVE VISITED 3/4 SERVICE CENTRES. THE SERVICE PERSONNEL AND SERVICE ENGINEERS ARE VERY GOOD. THEY DON'T BEHAVE ROUGHLY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS..I HAVE WATCHED PERSONALLY.
