Samsung uses its own customization over android.which is called touch wiz.Samsung always add more feature in it touch wiz.which is attract many customer who use samsung galaxy phone.it looks great to see and simple in use.but its always critisized for lag and hangs ishue.But samsung improved it by year on year experience.
 
In year 2016 samsung abondened its touch wiz ui in favour of samsung experience.samsung experience launched in samsung galaxy s7 on 7 december 2016.

Samsung Experience is a software overlay for Android "launcher" designed by Samsung for its Galaxy devices. It was introduced in late 2016 on a beta build based on Android Nougat for the Galaxy S7, succeeding TouchWiz.

In year 2018 samsung introduced one ui as part of Samsung firmware updates to Android 9.0 "Pie".
