Updated to one ui 2.0 based on Android 10 but touch stopped working.
Samsung J6.
Kindly help. i don't want to downgrade as i want to use one ui 2.0.

go to service center reinstall software

just reset/format your phone and check if not solve then last and better option to visit service centre

Format your device, it this doesn't works then flash your software from service centre.
Sometimes during software update due to slow internet or some technical glitch may occurs.
From next time you can update your mobile software from service centre or smart switch via PC .
