Galaxy Jand do these below steps and lets
A. Wipe Cache Partition.
Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.
B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

Galaxy J2nd due to huge notification enable.
for e.g ; Google has huge notification which we don't need at all see image just scroll down image and check how many notification it does have.
So do these settings to stop, which consume unnecessarily.
1. Connection>more connections settings> disable nearby device settings
2. Location>improve accuracy >disable
A. Wifi scanning
B. Bluetooth scanning .

Galaxy J3. Device care>battery >power mode>select "optimised" and "adaptive power saving".
And then click on "app power management >
And enable these 2 options.
A. Adaptive battery
B. Put Unused Apps to Sleep.
4. Long press on each app specially 3rd party(LIKE FACEBOOK, INSTA,YOUTUBE) and rarely used apps and also ON "GOOGLE APP" as well, then click on>app info> then go to these 3 options below on by one
A. Mobile data> allow background data usage>off
B. Battery >allow background activity >off
C. Notification >disable unnecessary notifications like promotional and unnecessary reminder notifications.
5. Go to settings >apps>search "weather" >click on settings icon right side > change "auto refresh" settings as per your requirements and disable some unnecessary reminder. ( due to auto refresh it continuously consuming battery?)
6. If you use Facebook frequently then disable "auto play video"
And if you are mostly uses mobile, on wifi connection then also disable "auto play videos" in YouTube.

Galaxy J1.Using apps that require more power or using apps for extended time such as
Playing highquality games for long time
2.Recording videos for extended time or long time
3.Streaming videos while using mobile data at the maximum brightness setting
4.using screen mirroring or smart view for long time its usually gets heated up while using these
5. Running too many applications on background
6.Charging the battery with a damaged cables or another brand's charger
7. Using mobile hotspot for long time, these things can make device overheating...

Galaxy J1. Settings >developer option >background process limit >choose no background process
2. Disable auto sync
3. optimise your device often using with device care app
4. on device care app >battery >3vertical dots >settings > put unused apps to sleep
5.Disable always on the display >if u don't use,
6. On the device care app>battery >disable background process which apps consumes most the battery
7. Turn of Gps, Bluetooth when not in use
doing this things can may help your device battery last longer
