Dark camera in 3rd party apps

Front camera too dark on 3rd party apps in J7 max
when I tried video calling from what's app the front camera is too dark.. also in Instagram and hike front camera is too dark..but when I use the camera from my actual inbuilt camera app it works fine..please tell me a solution..i have attached a screen shot in which u can clearly differentiate

I have same problem.. even the bluetooth is not working.

Camera problem must be with all J7 max users. Guys please confirm if you are also facing same issue

same problem I am facing in Samsung on max. when I tried to open camera in any third party apps like WhatsApp ,images are more dark.
please resolve this issue.
